        Policies & FAQ – Sewing Classes & Workshops At Creo by Keca Couture, we value clarity and fairness. Below are our most common policies and answers to frequently asked questions about class payments, cancellations, and attendance. Payment Plan Policy (FAQ) Q: Do I have to pay the full $300 upfront? A: No. You can pay in full at registration, or you may choose our two-installment payment plan. Q: How does the payment plan work? A: The plan breaks your tuition into two payments: - Deposit: $150 due at registration to reserve your seat. - Final Payment: $150 due no later than 7 days before class begins. Q: When is my seat officially reserved? A: Your seat is only guaranteed once the $150 deposit has been received. Q: What happens if I miss a payment? A: If the final payment is not received by the deadline, your registration may be canceled and your deposit forfeited. Q: How can I pay? A: We accept credit/debit cards, PayPal, Zelle, and cash (in person). A receipt will be emailed after each payment. Q: Are deposits refundable? A: No. Deposits are non-refundable. However, if you cancel at least 7 days before the first class, your second installment (if already paid) will be refunded. Q: Do I get a refund if I miss a class? A: No. Payment plans are tied to attendance, and students who miss class are still responsible for their payments. Q: Are make-up sessions available? A: Make-up sessions may be offered at the instructor’s discretion but are not guaranteed. Q: What does agreeing to the plan mean? A: By selecting the payment plan, you confirm that you understand and accept all terms of this policy. ✨ Secure your seat today with just $150! Spots are limited, and classes fill quickly. Cancellation & Refund Policy (FAQ) Q: Can I cancel my registration after I’ve signed up? A: Yes. You may cancel, but please note that deposits are non-refundable. Q: Are deposits refundable if I change my mind? A: No. All deposits are non-refundable, regardless of cancellation reason. Q: What if I’ve already paid my full balance? A: If you cancel at least 7 days before the first class, you will receive a refund for your second installment or balance payment (minus the $150 deposit). Q: What if I cancel within 7 days of the class start date? A: No refunds will be issued if you cancel within 7 days of the class start date. Q: Do I get a refund if I miss a class? A: No. Refunds are not provided for missed classes. Payments are tied to enrollment, not attendance. Q: Can I reschedule for another class instead of canceling? A: In some cases, you may transfer your registration to a future class if you notify us in advance. Transfers are subject to availability and instructor approval. Q: Are make-up sessions available if I miss a class? A: Make-up sessions may be offered at the instructor’s discretion but are not guaranteed. Q: How will I receive my refund if I qualify? A: Refunds will be processed using the original method of payment (credit/debit card, PayPal, Zelle, or cash).
