A: Creo by Keca is a couture design house specializing in custom gowns, bridal wear, prom dresses, exclusive fashion pieces, and professional alterations. We also offer sewing classes and workshops.
Q: Where are you located?
A: We currently serve clients in the Detroit metro area and online. Booking can be made directly through our website www.creobykeca.com.Consultations & Services
Q: How much does a consultation cost?
A: Design consultations (wedding, prom, or custom) are $75 for a one-hour session. Alterations consultations are $25 for 30 minutes.
Q: What happens during a consultation?
A: We’ll discuss your vision, fabrics, silhouettes, and design details. You’ll receive professional guidance on style, fit, and pricing.
Q: Can consultations be booked online?

Q: How long does it take to complete a custom gown?
A: Production time depends on complexity, fabric sourcing, and fittings. Most gowns take 6–12 weeks.
Q: Do you require a deposit
A: Yes. A non-refundable deposit is required to begin work on custom designs.Classes & Workshops
Q: What sewing classes do you offer?
A: We offer a variety of classes: Online Sewing Class (4 weeks, Thursdays 6–8pm EST, $300), Real Men Sew Workshop (Tuesdays 6–8pm, $300), and Kids & Family Sewing Class ($300).
Q: What is included in the Real Men Sew Workshop?
A: Each attendee receives a sewing kit, tools, fabric, a workbook, and a 30-minute one-on-one troubleshooting session.
Q: Are your classes beginner-friendly?
A: Yes. Our Kids & Family Sewing Class is designed for beginners, while the Online Sewing Class is for intermediate/advanced sewers.Payment Plans
Q: Do you offer payment plans for classes?
A: Yes. We offer a structured payment plan for $300 classes. Students may pay in two equal installments of $150, or three installments of $100. The first payment is required to secure enrollment.
Q: What happens if I miss a payment?
A: Payments must be made on time to continue participation. Missed payments may result in suspension of class access until the balance is cleared.
Q: Are payments refundable?
A: Payments and deposits are non-refundable, but may be transferred to a future class or service at our discretion.Policies
Q: What is your cancellation policy?
A: Clients must cancel or reschedule consultations and classes at least 48 hours in advance. Late cancellations may forfeit the session.
Q: Do you offer refunds?
A: Due to the custom nature of our work and class sizes, we do not offer refunds. Credit may be applied to future services.​
