At Creo by Keca Couture, we are committed to clarity, professionalism, and protecting both the client and the creative process. Please review the policies below before booking a service, purchasing a product, or enrolling in a class.

    1. GENERAL POLICIES (APPLIES TO ALL SERVICES*

 

     Accepted Payments

 

    We accept:

 

  •  Credit/Debit Cards

  • PayPal

  • Zelle

  • Cash (in person only, restrictions apply)

 

Payment receipts are issued electronically.

 

   Deposits & Booking

 

  • All couture, bridal, prom, and class bookings require a **non-refundable deposit**.

  • Work does not begin until the deposit is paid.

  • Deposits secure your date, materials, and production time.

 

    Final Payments

 

Final balances must be paid **before the garment is released**, shipped, or before the first day of class.

 

 

    Late Arrivals & No-Shows

 

  • Arrivals more than **15 minutes late** may result in cancellation or rescheduling at the designer’s discretion.

  • Missed appointments are **non-refundable**.

 

 

    Shipping Policy

 

  • Physical items (books, garments, accessories) are shipped with tracking.

  • Couture and formal garments require **signature confirmation**.

  • Shipping fees vary based on destination and delivery method.

 

    Digital Products Policy

 

All digital downloads (eBooks, PDFs, templates, courses) are **non-refundable** due to instant delivery.

 

    2. CUSTOM COUTURE FAQ**

 

Q: How much is the deposit for a custom gown?**

 

A: Deposits begin at **50%** of the total price. Deposits are non-refundable.

 

Q: Are deposits ever refunded?**

 

A: No. All couture deposits are non-refundable because work begins immediately after design approval.

 

Q: When is the final payment due?

 

A: Before final pickup or shipping. No garment is released without full payment.

 

Q: Can I change the design after we start?

 

A: Minor tweaks may be allowed. Major redesigns, fabric changes, or late requests will incur additional fees.

 

Q: Do you offer rush services?

 

A: Yes. Rush fees range from **25–50%** depending on the timeline.

 

 

 

    3. WEDDING COUTURE FAQ

 

Q: How far in advance should I book my bridal gown?**

 

A: Ideally **4–8 months** before your wedding date. Rush options may be available.

 

Q: What’s included in the bridal process?**

 

A: Consultation, sketch approval, fabric selection, measurement session, fittings, and final delivery.

 

Q: What is the wedding gown deposit policy?**

 

A: Bridal deposits are non-refundable. Once production begins, all payments made to date are non-refundable.

 

Q: What if I lose or gain weight?**

 

A: Additional fitting or adjustments may incur fees if significant changes occur after fittings have taken place.

    4. PROM & SPECIAL EVENTS FAQ**

 

Q: When should I book for prom?**

 

A: At least **12–24 weeks** ahead. Prom season fills quickly.

 

Q: Do you offer payment plans for prom gowns?**

 

A: Yes. Plans begin with a **50% non-refundable deposit**, with remaining payments scheduled before pickup.

 

Q: What if I miss my fitting?**

 

A: Missed fittings may delay delivery. Emergency fitting fees may apply.

 

Q: Can I bring inspiration pictures?**

 

A: Yes! Inspiration is welcome and helps shape your final design.

 

    5. BOOKS, WORKBOOKS & DIGITAL COURSES FAQ**

 

Q: Are digital downloads refundable?**

 

A: No. All eBooks, PDFs, templates, and digital products are delivered instantly and are **non-refundable**.

 

Q: When will I receive my digital product?**

 

A: Immediately after purchase, via email or direct link.

 

Q: Are physical books refundable?**

 

A: Physical books may be returned **only if unopened and undamaged**, within 7 days. Shipping fees are non-refundable.

 

Q: Can I share my download?**

 

A: No. All digital files are for **personal use only** and cannot be shared, resold, or distributed.

 

    6. SEWING CLASSES & WORKSHOPS FAQ

 

    Enrollment & Payments

 

Q: Do I have to pay the full class fee upfront?**

 

A: No. You may enroll with our **two-installment payment plan**.

 

Q: How does the payment plan work?**

 

  • Deposit:** $150 due at registration

  • Final Payment:** $150 due 7 days before class

  Seats are not guaranteed until the deposit is received.

 

    Refunds & Cancellations

 

Q: Are deposits refundable?

 

A: No. Class deposits are non-refundable.

 

Q: Can I cancel my registration?**

 

A: Yes, but cancellations within **7 days of class start** cannot be refunded.

 

Q: If I paid in full and cancel early, what happens?**

 

A: You may receive a refund for the remaining balance **excluding the deposit**, if canceled at least 7 days prior to class.

    Attendance & Make-Up Sessions

 

Q: Do I get a refund if I miss class?**

 

A: No. Payments are tied to enrollment, not attendance.

 

Q: Are make-up sessions available?**

 

A: Possibly—but not guaranteed. Make-ups are offered at the instructor’s discretion based on availability.

 

Q: Can I transfer to another class?**

 

A: Transfers may be approved if you notify us early and space is available.
